Zero Tolerance Policy: Big Vibe Studios has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users.

Age Requirements

The Yo is intended for users aged 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

  • Users must confirm they are 13+ during account creation
  • We immediately delete accounts found to belong to users under 13
  • Parents or guardians can report underage accounts to us

Child Sexual Abuse Prevention

We employ multiple safeguards to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation:

  • Content Moderation: User-generated content is monitored for inappropriate material
  • Reporting System: In-app reporting tools allow users to flag inappropriate content or behavior

How to Report

If you encounter CSAM or suspect child exploitation on The Yo:

Our Response Process

  1. Immediate Action: Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours
  2. Content Removal: CSAM is immediately removed and reported to authorities
  3. Account Suspension: Offending accounts are permanently banned
  4. Law Enforcement Notification: We report all CSAM incidents to:

The Yo complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including:
